Hobe Sound Bible College is located on the Atlantic Coast of South Florida, in the town of Hobe Sound. The campus is secure and safe, yet located close to essential commercial services. Hobe Sound is 25 miles north of West Palm Beach on U.S. Highway 1, and 12 miles south of Stuart. Major airlines with planes landing at Palm Beach International Airport make the school readily accessible by air. Bus and train connections are also handy. The campus is bounded by the Indian River on the east, and is approximately one mile from the Atlantic Ocean. At Hobe Sound Bible College there are many things happening all the time! - Welcome Week: Welcome Week is a fun filled 2-3 days for presenting the college to prospective students. Future students will get the opportunity to visit classes, stay in the dorms, and attend our annual Welcome Week banquet. Our Student Recruiter, Paul Stetler and his P.R. - Commencement: In mid May of each academic year, our graduates, who have worked so hard to receive their diplomas, will be honored in the commencement ceremony in the Carroll Education Center. - Sea Breeze Camp: Sea Breeze Camp meeting dates are February 4th - 15th, 2010. This is a time when people from all over the world come to be encourage in the Lord. All three ministries pull together to make this great event happen. All students are required to attend at least two services a day. For more information visit the S.B.C. website. - Hobe Sound Bible College Revival: At Hobe Sound Bible College we realize the importance of keeping God first in everything. We start each academic year with a school revival. - Singing Christmas Tree: Every year at Christmas, Hobe Sound Bible Church and it's sister ministries (HSBC, HIM) pull together to put on a Christmas production for the whole community. Drama, great props, and phenomenal singing are just a part of the excitement. The main objective is to portray to the community the story of the greatest Gift of all, Jesus Christ. Local Cities: What do to when I get here? - Church Services: Hobe Sound Bible Church has services Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Bible study Wednesday night. Hobe Sound Bible Church serves as the church for students. Students are required to attend all services unless they participate in Christian Service. For any other questions contact us.
Places to Eat and Sleep: - Dining Room: The Schmul Center serves as the College and Academy Cafeteria through out the school year. At other times it is used for City of Commerce Meetings, Wedding Receptions, Banquets, and numerous other events.
